He’s a very intelligent individual who can quickly read people, which is the perfect combination necessary when dealing with clients. We knew, with great confidence, that Lance would be able to answer and help with *any* questions or concerns that arise. Lance cleared out his whole weekend before going on vacation just for us, so we could meet in person and get the ball rolling. With the help of Lance we actually put an offer in on a house less than a week after initially emailing him! Lance juggled a few obstacles including a seller that signed a solar contract, and an inspection that revealed more issues than expected but he explained everything along the way and presented options .
